龍尾棍是電影《飛沙風中轉》中油麻地某社團選座館時出現你爭我唔恨的情況而被大量複製的A貨，因為龍頭棍前兩 年被充公，放進警察博物館展覽.
西九建成後，社團歷史和社區歷史或同樣面臨隱退的危機。「西九龍頭棍」結合上述前者的衝勁，後者的機靈，一面回望過去，也捉緊現在，讓每人都能感受手握龍頭棍的滋味。
「西九龍頭棍」將以龍頭棍外型，芝麻糊＋綠豆沙的糖心冰棒內涵，務求繼竹庶茅根水之後，打進西九龍街頭小食的市場，成為地區小食，一 人有一手，一人咬一口。
